Manufactured from high-strength aluminum alloy with a net weight of only 25kg, it features a foldable structure and built-in mobility wheels, enabling one person to independently complete on-site deployment and retrieval.
In daily use, its high-visibility engineering yellow provides long-distance warning; when a vehicle loses control and impacts the device, the built-in lever mechanism automatically lifts the front wheels and redirects impact force downward, while the bottom rubber pad achieves rapid braking through ground friction—with a stopping distance of only 8.7 meters at 60km/h. The device operates on a purely mechanical design, ensuring reliable and durable performance. An optional LED indicator board is available to adapt to low-light environments such as nighttime construction.
