From a personal perspective:
Establishing a correct value of life is extremely important to life and work. It is necessary to have the idea of working for yourself, not for others and for the company;
At work, we must actively create things that are conducive to the development of the company and give play to our own value; work must not be individualistic, communicate when encountering problems, brainstorm ideas, seek better ways of working, and give play to the effect of 1+1>2;
Through continuous learning to enrich yourself, improve yourself, and contribute to the company;
