Operating Instructions
Pre-Deployment Preparation
Take out the product and inspect for intact appearance, and ensure the rubber plate is not detached or deformed.
Step 1: Unfold the Barrier
Place the barrier flat on the ground with the rubber plate facing down. Grasp both sides and pull outward to fully unfold it to the maximum open state. (No locking mechanism - it naturally extends into position.)
Step 2: Position and Place
Place it transversely in front of the passage requiring protection, facing oncoming traffic. Ensure the rubber plate fully contacts the ground.
Step 3: Install Guide Sign (Optional)
Attach the cold-light arrow guide sign to the side handles using hook-and-loop tape, with the arrow pointing in the guidance direction.
Step 4: Inspection and Confirmation
Confirm the barrier is fully unfolded, correctly positioned and oriented, the rubber plate is in full ground contact, and the guide sign is securely fastened.
Removal Procedure
Remove the guide sign -> Clean the surface and rubber plate -> Fold inward from both sides -> Store in a dry, ventilated area.
Post-Use Inspection
Clean the barrier surface and rubber plate, check for deformation or damage, confirm integrity, then fold and store. If severely deformed from impact, discard and replace immediately. Do not reuse.
